Former elevation training mask, UFC welterweight and middleweight contender, Anthony “Rumble” Johnson announced that he is leaving the UFC promotion and recently signed up for the Titan Fighting Championships where he will have his first fight later this year.

Rumble was UFC’s mainstay and had a good run including victories over Dan Hardy and Charlie Brenneman. Although a good contender, he struggled with his weight and missed the 170 weight class on more than one occasion.

The UFC promotion then put him in the middleweight facing Victor Belfort, but just like in the past, he failed to make the 186 lbs cut-off and eventually lost to Belfort. After that UFC released him from the promotion.
