The UFC 146 is already packed with heavyweight bouts, as former UFC heavyweight champ Cain Velasquez will square it off against Frank Mir, current UFC heavyweight title holder Junior Dos Santos will slugged it out against Alistair Overeem.
And if those are not enough, UFC officials confirmed the debut of heavyweight Strikeforce fighter Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva who will face Roy “Big Country” Nelson.
Silva holds a 16-3 record at Strikeforce, while Nelson, has a 16-7 win-loss card and hopes to make a comeback after succumbing to Fabricio Werdum last month.
Bigfoot’s last performance was a loss against Daniel Cormier eclipsing his second round TKO victory against Fedor Emelianenko.
